📬 Pennsylvania Card Status

Your card is handled entirely by the state. They print and mail it and provide you with info on it in your account with them.You can expect your PA medical marijuana card in the mail within 7–10 business days.

To check your status:

  1. Log in to your PA Patient Portal.
  2. Verify your mailing address is correct.
  3. Look at your “Card Status” box—this is where your current expiration dates show.

If your card is lost or stolen, or you don't receive it in the mail:

When logged in, select “Request Replacement Card” in your status box. Below is an example of where to find it:

📄 Need Help?

If you're not seeing your new certificate yet—don’t worry. It won't appear in the portal until your previous card has fully expired. Only the state can confirm your renewal status, and it will show in your status box.

If we need to verify your account, we'll ask you to forward an email from the PA portal. Please make sure you can forward emails from your account—this ensures we can resolve any issues quickly (<5 minutes). If you're unable to forward, please have someone assist you via email.
