What Your Card Status Means

Issued / Active dates shown

Your card has been issued. Allow 7-10 business days for mail delivery.

Pending / Incomplete

The state still needs a step from you — usually the $50 fee or a submission step. Log in and check.

Renewals — not showing yet?

Your new certificate may not display until your prior certificate fully expires. Only the state portal can confirm final renewal timing.

🔄 Lost or Missing PA Medical Marijuana Card?

If your card is lost, stolen, or never arrived, log into your portal and click "Request Replacement Card" in your Card Status box.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about the PA medical marijuana portal, login, card status, and renewals.

The official Pennsylvania Department of Health medical marijuana patient portal is at padohmmp.custhelp.com/app/login. This is where you log in to register, pay the $50 state fee, check card status, update your address, and request a replacement card.

Your login is the email address you used when you originally registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Health. If you can't remember which email you used, contact Green Bridge Society and we can help you look it up.

Click "Forgot Password" on the PA portal login page. The state will email you a reset link to the address on file. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check spam and promotions folders.

After too many failed login attempts, the state locks the account for security. Wait 30 minutes, then click "Forgot Password" to reset and try again. If you're still locked out, schedule a free portal assistance session above and we'll help you get back in.

Most patients receive their physical card in about 7-10 business days after the state portal shows an "issued/active" status (and the $50 state fee is paid). The Pennsylvania Department of Health prints and mails all cards directly — Green Bridge Society does not control the timing of card printing.

If it's been more than 3 weeks since your card was issued, call the PA Medical Marijuana Program Helpdesk at 1-888-733-5595 to confirm when it was mailed.

"Pending" or "Incomplete" status means the state still needs a step from you — most commonly the $50 state fee payment, or a missing form submission. Log in to your portal and look for the next action item in your account. If you can't tell what's missing, schedule free portal assistance above.

This is usually normal. Your new certificate may not display in the portal until your prior certificate fully expires. The PA portal shows whichever certificate is currently active. Only the state portal can confirm final renewal timing — if your old card is still valid, the new one likely won't show until after the expiration date.

Log in to the PA patient portal and look in your Card Status box. You'll see a "Request Replacement Card" option. The state charges a fee for replacement cards. Before requesting, confirm your mailing address is correct in your Profile Settings.

First, log into the PA portal and confirm: (1) the $50 fee was paid, (2) your mailing address is correct in Profile Settings, and (3) your status shows issued/active. Then call the PA Medical Marijuana Program Helpdesk at 1-888-733-5595 (7 days a week, 7 AM-9 PM) and ask when your card was mailed and to what address.

If the Helpdesk confirms your card was mailed over 3 weeks ago and you still haven't received it, the state treats it as lost. Request a replacement through your portal's Card Status box.

You can renew up to 60 days before your current certificate expires. Renewing early prevents any gap in dispensary access. Most PA renewals through Green Bridge Society take under 15 minutes by phone, including portal help.

Yes. Pennsylvania offers a $0 state fee for patients who participate in assistance programs including Medicaid, PACE/PACENET, CHIP, SNAP, and WIC. You request the fee waiver during the payment step in your portal. You'll need to provide proof of enrollment in the qualifying program.

The official PA Medical Marijuana Program Helpdesk is 1-888-733-5595, available 7 days a week from 7 AM to 9 PM. They can help with state-side issues like missing cards, mailing address questions, and fee payment problems.
