Certifying doctors do not print and mail your card. That’s done by the PADOH and that information is provided to you in your patient registration account.

Your card is printed and mailed to you by the PADOH. Doctors are not provided with your card information.

To check the status of your card, please visit your profile settings page and look for your card status box at the top. If your card is lost or stolen, this is where you can order a replacement card.

Dates on doctor’s certificates are irrelevant. If you are a regular renewal, the new certificate doesn’t show up in your account until the old one is no longer active. Only the state has that information. The best place to verify that you are renewed is your card status box above.
