How It Works
Getting your PA card is a two-part process: certification from a doctor (us) and registration with the state (we help with that too).
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Pick a call window — morning, afternoon, or evening. Our doctor calls you during that window. Keep your phone nearby.
2. Doctor Certification
Quick telemedicine visit. If approved, our doctor submits your certification to the state immediately.
3. Complete State Registration
Log into the PA DOH portal, verify your address, pay the $50 state fee (or apply for a waiver). This is where patients get stuck — and where we help.
4. Receive Your Card
The state prints and mails your card. Most patients get it within 1-2 weeks.

New Patients vs. Renewals
New Patient — $125
Never had a PA card before? This is for you. We certify you and help you complete your state registration from scratch.
Renewal — $50
Already have or had a PA card? Even if expired or certified elsewhere, this counts as a renewal. Quick call — usually just a few minutes.
Pro tip: You can renew up to 60 days before expiration. Don't wait.

Common Questions
How long is the call?
5-10 minutes. Our doctors won't rush you.
What if I miss the call?
Doctor will try again and may text. Calls sometimes show as "Unknown" or "Spam Risk."
How soon can I visit a dispensary?
After you pay the state fee and receive your card (1-2 weeks). Then you can visit any PA dispensary.
Do you help if my card isn't working?
Yes. Text or call us. Card problems are almost always state portal issues — and we know how to fix them.
What can I buy?
Flower (for vaping), vape carts, tinctures, capsules, topicals, concentrates. Smoking and edibles are not permitted in PA.
Can I use my PA card in other states?
PA doesn't have reciprocity. But we also certify in Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, and Michigan.
