Register.
Register for the PA Medical Marijuana Program online patient portal at medicalmarijuana.pa.gov. If you’re not sure or you struggle with technology, we are happy to assist you with this step.
Qualify.
Green Bridge will provide assistance to you in obtaining proper medical documentation for your qualified condition.
Certification.
We will schedule you with one of our staff certification doctors. A New patient one year certification is $125. Returning patients are $50 for renewal. We charge a $5 processing fee for credit/debit cards and have Venmo available with no service charge. There is also a payment to the PA Dept of Health of $50 annually, $0 if you receive state assistance. That payment is handled in your account with the state.
Receive Card.
After you are certified, Green Bridge will assist you in logging into your patient portal to pay the state fee. Most patients usually receive their card in the mail within a week. While you’re waiting for your card, our staff pharmacist will reach out to you with information regarding medical cannabis.
Dispensary.
We will then assist you in finding a state licensed dispensary to obtain your medication, and help prepare you for your trip to the dispensary.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
Anxiety disorders.
Autism.
Cancer, including remission therapy.
Crohn’s disease.
Damage to the nervous tissue of the central nervous system (brain-spinal cord) with objective neurological indication of intractable spasticity, and other associated neuropathies.
Dyskinetic and spastic movement disorders.
Epilepsy.
Glaucoma.
HIV / AIDS.
Huntington’s disease.
Inflammatory bowel disease.
Intractable seizures.
Multiple sclerosis.
Neurodegenerative diseases.
Neuropathies.
Opioid use disorder for which conventional therapeutic interventions are contraindicated or ineffective, or for which adjunctive therapy is indicated in combination with primary therapeutic interventions.
Parkinson’s disease.
Post-traumatic stress disorder.
Severe chronic or intractable pain of neuropathic origin or severe chronic or intractable pain.
Sickle cell anemia.
