Pennsylvania Medical Cannabis Certification

Licensed PA doctors. Fast telemedicine. Full help with the state portal after your call.

πŸ’° New Patients: $125   |   Renewals: $50

Pennsylvania requires a separate $50 state fee. Waived for assistance programs.

Understanding the Process

Getting your PA card is a two-step process β€” certification from a doctor (us) and registration with the state (we help with that too):

  1. Green Bridge – our doctor reviews your condition and, if you qualify, certifies you electronically to the state.
  2. State of PA – runs your patient portal, collects the $50 state card fee, and prints & mails your card.

We do not print or mail cards. Your card, payment to the state, and portal login are between you and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

πŸ“ž When you schedule, you pick a call window (morning, afternoon, or evening) β€” not an exact time. Your doctor may call anytime within that window, so keep your phone nearby. Calls can appear as "Unknown" or "Spam Risk."

If your card is late, missing, or inactive at a dispensary, it's almost always a state portal issue, not a doctor problem.

Common Questions

How long is the call?

5–10 minutes. Our doctors won't rush you.

What if I miss the call?

Your doctor will try again and may text. Calls sometimes show as "Unknown" or "Spam Risk."

How soon can I visit a dispensary?

After you pay the state fee and receive your card (1–2 weeks). Then you can visit any PA dispensary.

Do you help if my card isn't working?

Yes. Text or call us. Card problems are almost always state portal issues β€” and we know how to fix them.

What can I buy?

Flower (for vaping), vape carts, tinctures, capsules, topicals, concentrates. Smoking and edibles are not permitted in PA.

Can I use my PA card in other states?

PA doesn't have reciprocity. But we also certify in Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, and Michigan.
