How soon can I visit a dispensary?
After you complete the WV OMC portal and receive your card. We help you through that entire process.
Do you help if my card isn't working?
Yes. Text or call us. Card problems are almost always state portal issues — and we know how to fix them.
Can I use my WV card in other states?
WV doesn't have reciprocity. But we also certify in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, and Michigan.
I'm not good with technology. Can I do this by phone?
