4. Visit Any Dispensary

New Patient — $125
Never had an Ohio card before? This is for you. We certify you and help you complete your state registration.
Renewal — $50
Already have or had an Ohio card? Even if expired or certified elsewhere, this counts as a renewal. Quick call — usually just a few minutes.
Good news: Ohio eliminated the $50 state registration fee in May 2024. You only pay for the doctor certification.

How long is the call?

Doctor will try again and may text. Calls sometimes show as "Unknown" or "Spam Risk."

Once your certification is submitted and you activate your card in the registry, you're ready to go. Usually same day or next day.
Do you help if my card isn't working?
