Schedule My AppointmentFrequently Asked Questions
Is the appointment really by telemedicine?
Yes. Your certification visit happens by phone or secure video from anywhere in Pennsylvania. You do not need to travel to an office.
How long does it take to get my card?
After your certification, you'll pay the state's $50 registration fee. The Pennsylvania Department of Health typically mails patient cards within 7–14 business days of registration.
What if I don't have medical records?
Records help but aren't always required. During your visit, the physician will discuss your condition and determine whether you meet Pennsylvania's qualification criteria.
Can I qualify if I'm under 18?
Yes, Pennsylvania allows minors with qualifying conditions to enroll, but a designated caregiver (usually a parent or legal guardian) must also be registered. Contact us before booking and we'll walk you through the steps.
What if I'm renewing my card?
Renewals are $50 and follow the same telemedicine process. You'll want your existing patient ID and card information ready. We recommend renewing 30–60 days before your card expires.
Do you accept insurance?
Medical marijuana certifications are not covered by insurance in Pennsylvania. Pricing is flat: $125 for new patients, $50 for renewals.
What if I don't qualify after my visit?
If the certifying physician determines you do not meet Pennsylvania's qualifying conditions, you will be informed during the visit. Refund policy details are confirmed during booking.
