How the Dispensary Stipend Works (P.A.C.E.)

The state’s at-register stipend in Phase 3 is administered through P.A.C.E. (under the PACE / PACENET umbrella). During the pilot:

  • $50 per month is made available to each enrolled patient for medical cannabis products.
  • The stipend is applied at the dispensary register after all other discounts.
  • Dispensaries apply benefits using the state’s designated web-based tool.
  • Unused funds roll over for up to 12 months, but accrued benefits are forfeited when a new annual ID card is purchased.
  • Devices and accessories are not covered.

Pilot scope (1,000–3,000 patients) and stipend rules are subject to change by the Commonwealth. Always confirm details with the official MMAP page.
