How To Renew Your PA Medical Marijuana Card
Follow these steps to renew smoothly and avoid delays.
Log In
Go to your patient portal on the Pennsylvania Department of Health (PADOH) website.
Verify Your Address
In "Profile Settings," confirm your mailing address. Update and save changes if necessary. This is critical — once the doctor issues your certificate, the state will mail your card to the address shown in your account.
Check Your State Transaction
Find your annual fee due date in the "Card Status" box. If it's within 30 days, proceed to "Make Payment" to complete the state transaction (covers printing & mailing, separate from doctor fee). This part only makes the card work — you must complete the transaction even if you anticipate a waiver.
Request Doctor's Renewal
After reviewing your state account, schedule your renewal request with Green Bridge so our doctor can reach out.
Payment to Doctor
You will pay through our booking system once you enter your request. A receipt confirms payment, and we will email confirmation of your appointment.
Doctor's Call
Our doctors call between 9:00 am–9:00 pm, including weekends if scheduled on a Friday. You'll choose a time slot (MORNING, AFTERNOON, EVENING), not an exact time.
Receive PADOH Confirmation
Once your certificate is posted, PADOH emails you. Your card will then be printed and mailed — the state will also email you once the card has physically been mailed. Track progress under "Card Status." Allow 24–48 hours for posting.
