Where do I enter my discount code?
Your discount is applied automatically when you book through this page. Use MDNEW for new patients or MDREN for renewals if prompted.
Do I need to register with the state before seeing a doctor?
Yes. Maryland patients should complete state registration through the MCA OneStop portal first. Once approved, you'll receive your MCA Patient ID Number, which is needed for certification. See our full MD process guide for OneStop registration help.
Do you help with the OneStop portal?
Yes. We assist with general OneStop questions and document troubleshooting. Because the state registration requires sensitive information including your full Social Security Number, we recommend that patients complete that step themselves whenever possible — but we're available if you get stuck.

How much does it cost?
New patients pay $95 with MDNEW (regularly $125) and renewals pay $50 with MDREN (regularly $75). Your discount is applied automatically when booking through this page. Maryland also offers an optional physical MCA patient ID card for $25 (free digital ID is available) — that's separate from the doctor fee and waived for minors, hospice patients, MMAP, and VA Maryland patients.
Why get a medical card if adult-use is legal in Maryland?
