- Log into your PA patient portal before your call.
- Confirm your mailing address is correct before speaking with the doctor.
- Check if your annual state payment is due (the portal will show it).
New patients (first-time PA patient)
- Register with the PA state portal before speaking with the doctor.
- Have a valid photo ID and keep your phone handy.
- We'll walk you through the rest.
