Terrapin operates three central Pennsylvania dispensaries, all with drive-thru service alongside their walk-in lobbies. Green Bridge Society handles the certification side, getting patients their PA medical marijuana card so they can shop at any Terrapin location.
Terrapin's stores are in Bellefonte (Centre County, about 25 miles from our Tyrone headquarters), Lewisburg (Union County, in the Susquehanna Valley near Bucknell), and Lock Haven (Clinton County, along the West Branch Susquehanna). Together they serve patients across Centre, Clinton, Union, and Snyder counties and the surrounding communities.

New patients pay $95 (regularly $125 — a $30 savings) and renewals pay $45 (regularly $50). The Pennsylvania Department of Health charges a separate annual state registration fee that goes directly to the state, not to us.

Yes — this is the part most patients get stuck on, and it's the part we built our practice around. We assist with logins, password resets, address verification, state fee payment, and any error messages the portal throws at you. Portal support is part of the certification, not a separate add-on.
Pennsylvania's medical marijuana program prohibits combustion/smoking of cannabis flower. Approved forms include vaporization of dry leaf, vape cartridges, tinctures, capsules, topicals, and concentrates. Your provider can answer questions about specific consumption methods on your certification call.
No problem — your provider will try you again and may follow up by text. Please keep your ringer on during your selected window. Calls can show up as "Unknown," "No Caller ID," or "Spam Risk" depending on your carrier, so don't screen those out. If we can't reach you at all, our team will email you to reschedule at no charge.

Records help but aren't strictly required. Upload any recent diagnoses or documentation during intake — it speeds the call along and gives your provider context. If you don't have records readily available, your provider will still discuss your medical history on the call and determine whether you qualify.
Most patients can shop the same day or within 24 hours of certification. After your doctor's call, your certification is submitted to the state portal — once you complete portal registration and pay the state fee, Pennsylvania issues a temporary digital card that dispensaries accept.
