Most patients can shop the same day or within 24 hours of certification. After your doctor's call, your certification is submitted to the state portal — once you complete portal registration and pay the state fee, Pennsylvania issues a temporary digital card that dispensaries accept. Terrapin accepts the digital card as soon as it's active in the state system.
