The certification partner for Curaleaf
Curaleaf is one of the largest medical cannabis operators in the United States. Green Bridge Society is their certification partner across the six states where our service areas overlap — Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, Maryland, Maine, and Florida. When Curaleaf patients need a new medical card or annual renewal, this is where they're sent.
This isn't a generic affiliate listing. It's a real partnership with deep roots. Look for our tent cards and business cards at the register at Curaleaf locations — the discount codes printed on those cards are the same codes that apply when you book through this page. Curaleaf's website and patient communications direct cardholders here for certification, and our teams partner together at community events across the regions we both serve.
For patients, the practical benefit is simple: you skip the waiting rooms, you get help from a team that already knows how Curaleaf's locations and patient flow work, and in Pennsylvania and Florida you pay a discounted partner rate. Curaleaf operates more dispensaries than any other partner we work with, which means the partnership covers a huge geographic footprint — from State College and Philadelphia in PA, to Cleveland-area Ohio, to Long Island and Queens in New York, to the Baltimore-Washington corridor in Maryland, to coastal Maine, and now to Broward County in South Florida.
Florida works differently from the rest. State law there requires a physician to examine you in person before issuing a certification, so there is no phone or video option — not for new patients, not for transfers, not for renewals. Every Florida visit happens face to face at Fusion Wellness Center, 2300 SE 4th Ave in Fort Lauderdale. Curaleaf runs several Broward County stores within a short drive of that office, and the CURA25 code takes $25 off any Florida certification.
Founded in 2018 by Ron Boyles, Green Bridge Society has certified over 100,000 patients across 12 states. We're a real, accountable certification practice — not a national call center. When you book through this page, you're booking with a small team that takes the Curaleaf partnership seriously because we built it.

Curaleaf and Green Bridge Society partner at community events across the regions we serve. Nothing is on the calendar right now — new dates get posted here as they're scheduled. In the meantime, Florida patients see us in person year-round at the Fort Lauderdale office.
Erie's Wild Rib Cook Off & Music Festival — 35th Annual
Curaleaf was the People's Choice Sponsor of the 35th Annual Erie's Wild Rib Cook Off & Music Festival at Perry Square Park in downtown Erie, PA, May 27–30, 2026, and Green Bridge Society was there alongside them for product education and certification questions. Thanks to everyone from Curaleaf Erie and Curaleaf Millcreek who stopped by.
Five reasons Curaleaf patients certify with us
1. Honest pricing, state by state
We publish what every state actually costs rather than one headline number that turns into something else at checkout. In Pennsylvania, CURANEW takes $30 off a new certification and CURARENEW takes $5 off a renewal. In Florida, CURA25 takes $25 off any visit, including transfers and renewals. In Ohio, New York, Maryland and Maine you pay our standard state rate — no partner code, and no hidden fees or upsell during the appointment either.
2. Coverage at every Curaleaf location across six states
Whether you shop at Curaleaf State College in PA, Curaleaf Cuyahoga Falls in OH, Curaleaf Queens in NY, Curaleaf Frederick in MD, Curaleaf Bangor in ME, or Curaleaf Hallandale in FL, the partnership applies. One booking flow, dozens of dispensary locations served. That's coverage no other Green Bridge partner can match.
3. We show up in person
The partnership isn't just digital. Green Bridge Society attends community events across the regions Curaleaf serves — most recently alongside Curaleaf at Erie's Wild Rib Cook Off & Music Festival, where Curaleaf was the 2026 People's Choice Sponsor. And in Florida, in person is the entire model: every Florida patient is seen face to face at Fusion Wellness Center in Fort Lauderdale.
4. Full state portal support — not just the doctor visit
Most certification services hand you off after the appointment. State medical marijuana portals (PA's, OH's, NY's, MD's, ME's, and Florida's OMMU registry) are where patients actually get stuck — login problems, address mismatches, state fees, payment errors. We help with all of it. If your card doesn't arrive, your address didn't update, or the dispensary won't honor your card at the register, we troubleshoot it with you.
5. We're a real practice, not a national call center
Green Bridge Society was founded in 2018 by Ron Boyles, a patient advocate whose own life was changed by medical cannabis after years of being overmedicated. Over 100,000 patients have been certified through our network of licensed physicians and pharmacist support. When you call us, you reach our team — based in Pennsylvania, available 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday at (814) 360-5353.
Curaleaf partner FAQ
| State | New patient | Renewal |
|---|---|---|
| Pennsylvania | $125 → $95 with CURANEW | $50 → $45 with CURARENEW |
| Ohio | $125 | $50 |
| New York | $125 | $75 |
| Maryland | $125 | $75 |
| Maine | $75 | $75 |
| Florida | $199 → $174 with CURA25 | $99 → $74 with CURA25 |
Florida also offers a transfer from another physician at $149, or $124 with CURA25.
Each state charges its own registration fee on top of this, paid directly to the state — and it varies a lot. PA is $50 a year, Florida is $75 a year, and Ohio and New York charge nothing at all.
CURANEW and CURARENEW apply to Pennsylvania certifications. CURA25 applies to Florida certifications — new, transfer, or renewal.
Ohio, New York, Maryland and Maine are billed at our standard rate for those states, with no partner code. The prices shown above are what you pay; there's nothing to enter and nothing being withheld.
There's a discount code field on the booking form, just before payment. Enter CURANEW or CURARENEW for a Pennsylvania appointment, or CURA25 for any Florida appointment. Only one code can be applied per booking.
These are the same codes printed on the Curaleaf tent cards and business cards at the register.
Florida law requires a physician to examine a patient in person before issuing a medical cannabis certification. There's no telehealth option in Florida the way there is in our other states, and it applies to every visit type — new patients, transfers, and renewals all come to the office.
We see Florida patients at Fusion Wellness Center, 2300 SE 4th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. Everything after the appointment works the same way as anywhere else: we help you through OMMU registration, and the Broward County Curaleaf stores are a short drive away. See our Florida page for scheduling and what to bring.
Because in Maine it genuinely is the same appointment. Maine has no shortened renewal pathway and no qualifying-condition list — a provider certifies any patient they believe will benefit, and the visit is identical whether it's your first or your fifth. Maine is also our lowest new-patient price at $75, so it evens out.
One Maine-specific tip: the state registry ID card is optional for patients, and your written certification alone is what you show at a licensed dispensary. Maine has no patient registry, so photograph your certification the day you get it — there's no lookup if you lose it.
Yes. Florida patients can transfer to a new certifying physician, and it costs less than starting fresh — $124 with CURA25 (regularly $149). The visit is in person at the Fort Lauderdale office like any other Florida appointment. Bring your current card and any records from your previous physician if you have them.
Yes. We help with logins, address verification, state registration fees, payment issues, and troubleshooting across the PA, OH, NY, MD and ME portals as well as Florida's OMMU registry. Most "my card isn't working" problems are state portal issues, not certification issues — and we sort those out for you.
Two states have quirks worth knowing about up front. In Ohio, you can't register yourself — the physician creates your registry profile and the state then emails you to activate it, with your digital card following shortly after. In Maryland, you register with the MCA through OneStop before the certification, because the provider files it into an existing profile. We walk you through both.
All Curaleaf locations across the six states where our service areas overlap: 17 dispensaries in Pennsylvania, 7 in Ohio, 2 in New York, 4 in Maryland, 4 in Maine, and the Broward County stores in Florida. Your certification works at any Curaleaf in the state where you're registered — and in Florida, your card is good at every Curaleaf statewide, not just the Broward ones listed above.
Your doctor will try again and may text you. Please keep your phone nearby during your appointment window. Calls can appear as "Unknown" or "Spam Risk" — answer them anyway. Florida patients are seen in person, so if you need to move your Fort Lauderdale appointment, just call or text and we'll reschedule.
Your certification is state-specific — it's issued by the state where you live and shop, and so is the price. A Pennsylvania patient books a Pennsylvania appointment and uses the Pennsylvania code; a Florida patient books Florida and uses CURA25.
If you're a snowbird who spends winters in Florida, you'd need a separate Florida certification to buy there, and CURA25 applies to it.
Yes. The tent cards, business cards, and certification information Curaleaf makes available at the register point patients to this page. Curaleaf directs cardholders here for new certifications and renewals. The discount codes printed on those materials are the same codes that apply when you book through this page.
Most patients don't need to provide records to be approved. Our doctors evaluate you based on your current symptoms and history at the appointment. If you have records, they can help — but they aren't required. Florida patients should bring any records with them to the Fort Lauderdale office. If you have questions about whether your condition qualifies, call (814) 360-5353 before booking and we'll let you know.
