In Philadelphia alone, three Beyond Hello locations cover Center City East on Sansom Street, Northern Liberties on 5th, and University City on Lancaster Avenue near Penn. Beyond the city, the Pennsylvania footprint reaches Pittsburgh's South Side, the Lehigh Valley (Bethlehem and Easton), the Poconos (Mt Pocono and Stroudsburg), the Lackawanna Valley (Dickson City and Scranton), Berks and Schuylkill (Reading and Pottsville), Bucks County (Bristol), the Main Line (Ardmore), and the Route 30 corridor (Irwin).
The Johnstown location at 419 Lincoln Street serves Cambria County and the surrounding Allegheny Mountains region — roughly an hour from our headquarters in Tyrone, PA. For Cambria, Somerset, Indiana, and Westmoreland County patients, Johnstown is the practical anchor for medical cannabis access in the area.
In Northern Virginia, Beyond Hello operates six locations: Alexandria on Richmond Highway, Arlington in Clarendon, Fairfax on Fairfax Boulevard, Manassas, Sterling near Dulles, and Woodbridge along I-95. Your Virginia certification from Green Bridge Society is valid at every licensed Virginia dispensary, not just Beyond Hello.
In Ohio, Beyond Hello has two Cincinnati-area stores (Eastgate and Springdale), Oxford near Miami University, Mansfield, Toledo's west side, Warren near Youngstown, and Parma in the Cleveland metro. Many Ohio dispensaries serve both medical and adult-use customers — a medical card remains the lower-tax path for regular patients.
Beyond Hello patient FAQ
Your discount is applied automatically when you book through this page. The codes — BEYONDNEW for new patients and BEYONDRENEW for renewals — work in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Ohio. The booking form applies the correct pricing for the state you select.
New patient pricing is the same in all three states ($95 with BEYONDNEW). Renewals are $45 in PA and OH and $50 in VA, because Virginia's regular renewal rate is higher — which is also why the VA renewal discount is bigger ($25 off versus $5 off).
Yes. In Pennsylvania you register in the state portal and pay a $50 annual state fee. In Ohio you can't register yourself — your provider creates your registry profile, and Ohio charges no state fee. Virginia works differently — the program is overseen by the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority, and patients generally shop with their written certification and a valid ID. Whichever state you're in, our team helps you complete every step, not just the doctor visit.
No problem — your provider will try you again and may follow up by text. Please keep your ringer on during your selected window. Calls can show up as "Unknown," "No Caller ID," or "Spam Risk" depending on your carrier. If we can't reach you at all, our team will email you to reschedule at no charge.
Pennsylvania and Ohio each recognize a list of qualifying conditions — including chronic pain, PTSD, cancer, Crohn's disease, epilepsy, MS, and others (PA also includes anxiety disorders). Virginia allows certification for any condition the practitioner determines may benefit, the broadest criteria of the three. Your provider will discuss your situation on the call.
Records help but aren't strictly required. Upload any recent diagnoses or documentation during intake to speed the call along. If you don't have records readily available, your provider will discuss your medical history on the call.
Most patients can shop the same day or within 24–48 hours. In PA, a temporary digital card is issued after portal registration and state fee payment. In VA, patients generally shop with their written certification and a valid ID. In OH, your provider creates your state registry profile, the state emails you to activate it, and your digital card follows shortly after — no state fee.
Medical patients in Ohio pay lower taxes than adult-use customers, can have higher purchase and possession limits, and may have access to products and potencies not on the adult-use menu. For regular patients, the tax savings can offset the certification fee over time.
Yes. Your medical marijuana card is valid at every licensed dispensary in the state where it was issued.
Yes — Beyond Hello also operates in other states, including Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Nevada, and California. Green Bridge Society doesn't currently certify in those states, so they aren't listed here.
