What to Expect

  • Pick your appointment — choose certification or pharmacist consult using the buttons above. Certification scheduling will ask you to confirm your state first.
  • Confirmation — you'll receive a confirmation with the date, time, and any prep steps for your visit.
  • Your visit — most appointments are by phone or secure video. Certifications typically take 15–30 minutes; pharmacist consults run 20–45 minutes.
  • Next steps — after certification, we help you complete state registration. After a pharmacist consult, you'll receive a written care plan if appropriate.

How to Prepare

  • Photo ID — a current driver's license or state-issued ID.
  • Medication list — current prescriptions, supplements, and any recent lab work if available.
  • Qualifying condition(s) — know the condition(s) your provider referred you for. Documentation is helpful but not always required.
  • Quiet, private location — for the phone or video visit. Avoid driving during your appointment.
  • If renewing — have your existing medical cannabis card or patient ID number ready.

Green Bridge Society serves patients in multiple states. Qualifying conditions, certification requirements, registration steps, and product availability differ from state to state. Our scheduler will route you to the correct workflow once you confirm your state on the scheduling page.
