Most patients can shop the same day or within 24 hours of certification. After your doctor's call, your certification is submitted to the state portal — once you complete portal registration and pay the state fee, Pennsylvania issues a temporary digital card that dispensaries accept. Marimart accepts the digital card as soon as it's active in the state system. Remember that Marimart is closed Sunday and Monday — plan your first visit for Tuesday through Saturday between 11am and 7pm.
