Where do I enter my HIVE discount code?

On the scheduling/checkout page. Use HIVENEW for new patients or HIVERENEW for renewals.

Do you help with the state portal?

Yes. We assist with logins, address verification, state fees, and any troubleshooting so you’re not stuck.

What if I miss the call?

No problem. Your doctor will try again and may text you. Please keep your ringer on during your window. Calls can appear as “Unknown” or “Spam Risk.”
