How to Renew Your PA Medical Marijuana Card
Renewing is easy — just follow the steps below. You can renew up to 60 days before the expiration date on your card.
✅ Log In to the State Portal
Go to the PA Medical Marijuana Program Portal and click "Returning Users" to sign in.
Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot your username or password" link to reset it.
📬 Check Your Mailing Address
Click on "Profile Settings" once logged in and make sure your mailing address is correct.
⚠️ Your card will be mailed to this address — errors here cause delays and add additional costs to the state!

After your visit, your doctor will submit your certification to the state. This usually happens within 24 hours.
We'll follow up if anything is missing!
💳 Pay the State Fee
Your state fee due date to pay the $50 fee (or confirm your fee waiver) is shown in your card status box.
📬 Receive Your New Card
Your new card will be mailed to the address on file within 7-14 business days.
If your card doesn't arrive, use the "Request Replacement Card" button in your card status box.
