regardless of what doctor, you are a renewing patient.

    Verify your mailing address in your PA patient account before your doctor call. Once the doctor issues your certification, the address is locked for this cycle and cannot be changed for the card already in process.

    Confirm you can log in to the state portal and that your account is active (and renewal fee paid if required) before scheduling.
  • 3
    Cards are handled by the State of Pennsylvania. The state prints/mails your card to the address in your account. Green Bridge does not issue or mail cards. We’ll help you read your portal status, but we cannot control printing or shipping timelines.
Need to update name or email? Contact the state at 888-733-5595 (7 AM–9 PM). Address changes made after certification apply to future cycles and will not redirect a card already in progress.
